Peter was very easy to deal with. Car was brought in to have lights shut off but the vehicle needed brakes. Peter was very upfront with me about what was needed and I enjoyed dealing with him.. only thing have lights shut off but the vehicle needed brakes. Peter was very upfront with me about what was needed and I enjoyed dealing with him.. only thing I would like them to improve is access to loaner or rental cars where i live over an hour away. Over all though A+ More
I have called Wagner service 3 times in the past 3 months. Each time there was no one at the service desk to talk with me. I had to leave my name and number. How can they not staff their service desk months. Each time there was no one at the service desk to talk with me. I had to leave my name and number. How can they not staff their service desk during business hours? When I was finally called back I was told they could give me an appointment in a week - I was due for a check up and had a service light on indicating I needed oil. A week? Really? They offered to see me for the oil, however their service dept isn't open past 5:00. Kinda tough when you work. 1. How can you not have a person at the service desk to answer questions and calls during working hours? 2. A week to get an appointment? 3. I went to another BMW dealer, got an appointment the next day, a free loaner and talked to a live person on the second ring. Kinda sad service, Wagner. Is it really so hard to get it right? More
Service department marks up part prices nearly 20% above BMW NA's MSRP. Then they give you 10% back as your CCA member discount. Service manager (1 of them) was a little know-it-all kid who tried to dis BMW NA's MSRP. Then they give you 10% back as your CCA member discount. Service manager (1 of them) was a little know-it-all kid who tried to discourage me from telling him what work the car needed, and refused to do any repairs I was requesting ... without charging me a diagnostic fee. Of course, their diagnosis agreed with mine 100% and they did the exact repair (down to the individual parts I specified) I had originally requested. But the service and front desk folks are very very friendly and good natured. More
I bought a used Audi Allroad from a used car dealer. I then went to Wagner Motors to find out what kind of a place it was figuring I would need to have the car serviced there on occasion. I also went to g then went to Wagner Motors to find out what kind of a place it was figuring I would need to have the car serviced there on occasion. I also went to get a keychain for my wife. I found the place to be unwelcoming and unfriendly. I felt in their way. After waiting more than 10 minutes at the parts window, the parts person went into the back room for several minutes just to see if they had a thermos. Two months later, I set up an appointment. The man on the phone was rude and derisive noting that loaner cars only went to preferred customers who bought their car there. I decided to bring the car to a dealer several towns further away rather than work with a dealer that appeared not to want my business. More
Well...I took my 07 M Coupe to the dealer to get my yearly oil change done. Not one of the service employees I talked to there could bring themselves to call it an M Coupe. They all referred to it as yearly oil change done. Not one of the service employees I talked to there could bring themselves to call it an M Coupe. They all referred to it as an M Roadster even after several corrections. They also wrote M Roadster on the service sheet. Ok people, this may seem like a small thing, but they are 2 completely different cars. I wouldn't call an X5 an X3 and neither should you. Aside from the obvious difference that the roadster has a drop top, the chassis on the cars are different. Sure it may not matter for an oil change, but it bugs the crap out of me to no end. And then there was the parts counter. While waiting for the car's service to finish I noticed some key chains sitting around and I saw one that I had to have. So I ask him for it and the guy sighs and gets an attitude, like I'm being a bother to him. That's completely un called for. Next they offer me the complimentary car wash and vacuum, which I agreed to, because it had been a while and the car stays garaged most of the week and it was a little dusty. I got the car back it was still wet, and only the front seats had been vacuumed, and not the trunk area. I think if you're going to offer a service like this, it should be done well. It's not good when the car looks worse afterwards. So overall I'm disappointed. I'm not going back, and I'll find a new dealer. The one good thing, was that the sales people were pretty friendly and I got a good chat in with one of them while I waited. I guess it's up to the reader if they take me review seriously or not, but I expected more from a BMW dealership and ultimate service. More
The rate/ hour is over the industry standard. When I asked if the rate could be negotiated for a long time Wagner customer, I was given an attitude. When I apologized that I would have to tow the car t asked if the rate could be negotiated for a long time Wagner customer, I was given an attitude. When I apologized that I would have to tow the car to another body shop due to the cost, I was given another attitude. The car was towed and Wagner Collison then charged a $50.00/day covered storage fee that was NEVER mentioned or quoted to me. The car was also NEVER stored covered in spite of the invoice stating "covered storage". Lastly, the car was only on the lot a few hours the 4th day, but still I was charged a full $50.00. We've bought 2 new Mercedes from Wagner and were preparing to buy a 3rd. NO WAY!!! There are other dealers that appreciate loyalty. More

I own multiple high value vehicles and have bought/purchased 25 cars in my lifetime. They made every effort to accommodate your needs, concerns, and schedule. If the sales department is anything like the service, I'll be purchasing my next vehicle here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! More
I have been a customer of Wagner BMW in Boylston which is now in Shrewsbury. The service is excellent. I was a certified mechanic in a past life and I think they do an excellent job. I have bought parts a now in Shrewsbury. The service is excellent. I was a certified mechanic in a past life and I think they do an excellent job. I have bought parts and purchased from them too. All positive. I took off a point for pricing as these cars are expensive...but quality is part of the bargain. I also took off a point for customer service as I don't like the phone questions after a service visit. A forum like this seems more honest and helpful. More
