The rate/ hour is over the industry standard. When I asked if the rate could be negotiated for a long time Wagner customer, I was given an attitude. When I apologized that I would have to tow the car to another body shop due to the cost, I was given another attitude. The car was towed and Wagner Collison then charged a $50.00/day covered storage fee that was NEVER mentioned or quoted to me. The car was also NEVER stored covered in spite of the invoice stating "covered storage". Lastly, the car was only on the lot a few hours the 4th day, but still I was charged a full $50.00. We've bought 2 new Mercedes from Wagner and were preparing to buy a 3rd. NO WAY!!! There are other dealers that appreciate loyalty. More
I did not purchase my X5 from them but the Service Department is awesome! You cannot get any better service for a BMW in this state. If the sales department is anything like the service, I'll be purchasing my next vehicle here. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!! More
I have been a customer of Wagner BMW in Boylston which is now in Shrewsbury. The service is excellent. I was a certified mechanic in a past life and I think they do an excellent job. All positive. I took off a point for pricing as these cars are expensive...but quality is part of the bargain. I also took off a point for customer service as I don't like the phone questions after a service visit. A forum like this seems more honest and helpful. More
