rip off i took my car in for service under the new ownership and i was quoted prices for general service , when i went to pick up the car the prices were j i took my car in for service under the new ownership and i was quoted prices for general service , when i went to pick up the car the prices were jacked up and i was told i initialed a service order that they could not produce . stay away from this service dept , very dishonest and have no problem lying to your face . will never be back More

My service advisor Glenn was a jerk frankly... condescending when explaining the repairs needed (which I fully understood as an engineer) and not at all helpful with warranty questions. I felt like he was treating me like "a woman who does not understand cars..." xxxxxxxx~ Was I happy with the actual repairs, Yes. But the SA Glenn made the whole experience uncomfortable. I would not use Glenn again. Period. I will try the dealership with a different SA, but will not purchase from them at this point. More
RIP OFF and will charge you over and over for same issue Check engine light on so i drop off my X5 for repairs. they call me stating the issue and advised that there was an oil leak as well. Any how paid over a thousand dollars for repairs. Month or 2 goes by and i notice an oil leak, take back vehicle, they said they fixed it at no charge. Month or 2 goes by and i take the vehicle back and they call me wanting another thousand dollars to repair oil leak and stated that the oil leak was not related to the last oil leak. Does this sound correct or even fair to you? Not in my eyes as i am paying for them to guess on repairs for leaks. I will never use them again and want to warn others about their poor and horrible service not to mention their poor sales ethics. More

So much for customer service and hearing the customer out, he TOLD me either i pay for my car or they would not release it to as 1 option or the 2nd option was they put the old parts in it and I can go pick it up. I was LIED to from the beginning in this service visit and I WOULDN"T RECOMMEND this place to anyone. I will NEVER bring my vehicle there or buy a new vehicle from them, I will take my business to BMW of Sudbury instead. More

Unhelpful service department, treated like an inconvenience! Weird set up here off Route 9 with a tiny dealership and an irregularly set up service department with 3 short bays. Service Manager addressed my need for recalibration and said it was not an easy fix and to make an appointment a week or so out? Outrageous and sent me on my way with a hand shake and smile. I've been treated better at a Honda dealership and was shocked that a so called BMW dealership would treat its customers this way. Never again will I try this place out for service or even sales if this is how they treat one of their own! More

The service technician refused to even take a quick look at my car to see if it could be topped off quickly and was safe to drive. He was extremely condescending and said my car was a ticking time-bomb, rolled his eyes, and said he could do nothing unless I paid him hundreds of dollars for a diagnostic fee and he made no effort to try to help when I let him know I was driving from a long distance away. No effort was made to help in this emergency and he would not even tell me if the car was safe to drive. I have always serviced my car at the dealership in my local area and have never been treated in such a condescending, dismissive, and belittling manner. I would expect more from a luxury car dealership, especially with how much their service fees are. I would recommend staying as far away from Wagner BMW as you possibly can!! More
