I had a reasonable sales experience with this dealer but it went down hill from there. I had a service performed and waited in their nice waiting area, all was well so far. Then I was brought out to the it went down hill from there. I had a service performed and waited in their nice waiting area, all was well so far. Then I was brought out to the car, signed the slip etc and went to start car to leave. The battery was dead and it wouldn't turn over. They appologized and said lights must have been on while it was being serviced and brought out a battery charger. I had to waid 20 minutes in the waiting area, and was brought out again. I was handed the keys, walked out and tried to start it. It wouldn't start again, as the key code had been lost when the battery was dead, or something. Service tech came out again, was very appologetic and reprogrammed key to start car. Then I tried to leave and radio wouldn't work, it needed a code, which I did not have. Service tech had to come out again. Finally was able to leave after about an additional hour of screwing around. Can't say I have been back since. I now go to Foreign Motors West. It has been better for service, but I had a bad experience there when trying to buy the car, which is why it was bought at wagner. For other services Wagner gave me a loaner, as I had purchased there, but after that last service, I gave up on them. More
As a 21 year old, I was expecting to be ignored/not taken seriously. Fortunately, this did not happen. I was impressed with the overall experience--from the people to the vehicle. I would recommend this d seriously. Fortunately, this did not happen. I was impressed with the overall experience--from the people to the vehicle. I would recommend this dealership to others. More
I bought a used Audi Allroad from a used car dealer. I then went to Wagner Motors to find out what kind of a place it was figuring I would need to have the car serviced there on occasion. I also went to g then went to Wagner Motors to find out what kind of a place it was figuring I would need to have the car serviced there on occasion. I also went to get a keychain for my wife. I found the place to be unwelcoming and unfriendly. I felt in their way. After waiting more than 10 minutes at the parts window, the parts person went into the back room for several minutes just to see if they had a thermos. Two months later, I set up an appointment. The man on the phone was rude and derisive noting that loaner cars only went to preferred customers who bought their car there. I decided to bring the car to a dealer several towns further away rather than work with a dealer that appeared not to want my business. More
Great dealership - Treats customers with respect. No pressure to buy. No ridiculous upselling. Sensible, mature, practical, and low-key approach. Mark is a terrific CA. Not the best price around, bu pressure to buy. No ridiculous upselling. Sensible, mature, practical, and low-key approach. Mark is a terrific CA. Not the best price around, but the quality of service is well worth the small difference. More
Emailed dealership and did not hear back from them. A couple of days later emailed again. THis time Marc Lisenco emailed back with his number to call. I called him the next day and told him what I was couple of days later emailed again. THis time Marc Lisenco emailed back with his number to call. I called him the next day and told him what I was looking for (a new 550i with various options). He said he would get back to me that day. This was Sept. 28th. I didn't hear from him for over a week so I thought he might have lost my phone number and email address so I emailed him again on October 9th. No response for 2 days so I finally called him and he stated he thought someone was handling this. So again he took down what I was looking for and told me he would get right back to me. Still haven't heard from him as of October 17th and by now its a mute point because I placed an order with Chambers. More

Well...I took my 07 M Coupe to the dealer to get my yearly oil change done. Not one of the service employees I talked to there could bring themselves to call it an M Coupe. They all referred to it as yearly oil change done. Not one of the service employees I talked to there could bring themselves to call it an M Coupe. They all referred to it as an M Roadster even after several corrections. They also wrote M Roadster on the service sheet. Ok people, this may seem like a small thing, but they are 2 completely different cars. I wouldn't call an X5 an X3 and neither should you. Aside from the obvious difference that the roadster has a drop top, the chassis on the cars are different. Sure it may not matter for an oil change, but it bugs the crap out of me to no end. And then there was the parts counter. While waiting for the car's service to finish I noticed some key chains sitting around and I saw one that I had to have. So I ask him for it and the guy sighs and gets an attitude, like I'm being a bother to him. That's completely un called for. Next they offer me the complimentary car wash and vacuum, which I agreed to, because it had been a while and the car stays garaged most of the week and it was a little dusty. I got the car back it was still wet, and only the front seats had been vacuumed, and not the trunk area. I think if you're going to offer a service like this, it should be done well. It's not good when the car looks worse afterwards. So overall I'm disappointed. I'm not going back, and I'll find a new dealer. The one good thing, was that the sales people were pretty friendly and I got a good chat in with one of them while I waited. I guess it's up to the reader if they take me review seriously or not, but I expected more from a BMW dealership and ultimate service. More
Just a brief review of my encounter with BMW of Shrewsbury. I have visited the dealership 3 times and found my time and effort finding the right car for my needs were taken seriously by the salemen Shrewsbury. I have visited the dealership 3 times and found my time and effort finding the right car for my needs were taken seriously by the salemen I spoke with.I spoke with 3 salesmen..the last, being Peter, a well educated man on the BMW's. All my questions were answered to help me make up my mind as to which car to choose. Not once did he push, hurry or confuse me in any way. He was a complete gentlemen to me and others ( as I heard him talk ). I had purchased a BMW one and half years ago and plan on doing so with Peter. I dreaded going shopping for a car, and almost gave up my journey until my experience with Peter @ Wagner of Shrewsbury. You are a Great salesman Peter and I thank you for taking the time with a senior citizen as myself. More

The rate/ hour is over the industry standard. When I asked if the rate could be negotiated for a long time Wagner customer, I was given an attitude. When I apologized that I would have to tow the car t asked if the rate could be negotiated for a long time Wagner customer, I was given an attitude. When I apologized that I would have to tow the car to another body shop due to the cost, I was given another attitude. The car was towed and Wagner Collison then charged a $50.00/day covered storage fee that was NEVER mentioned or quoted to me. The car was also NEVER stored covered in spite of the invoice stating "covered storage". Lastly, the car was only on the lot a few hours the 4th day, but still I was charged a full $50.00. We've bought 2 new Mercedes from Wagner and were preparing to buy a 3rd. NO WAY!!! There are other dealers that appreciate loyalty. More
