Honest and cost concious I had trouble with my X3 while on vacation in NJ. They fixed the immediate problem and told me when I got back home to have my local dealer check the rear shocks as one was supposedly leaking. I took it in to Wagner, where I bought the car, and had them take a look. They told me that if the shock was leaking at all it was very minimal and they recommended I not replace the rear shocks yet and to check them again at my next regular service appointment. This saved me a lot of money needless to say. I greatly appreciate Wagner's "wait and see" approach. More

Excellent Experience!!! A+++ I was in the market for a BMW X5 and came across a CPO vehicle on the website. I emailed at 10:30 p.m. Friday night and had a response within 10 minut I was in the market for a BMW X5 and came across a CPO vehicle on the website. I emailed at 10:30 p.m. Friday night and had a response within 10 minutes. They were on line dealing with another customer and saw my email well after they were closed. They took the time to respond even though I was not expecting it. Scheduled an appointment for the next morning at 9:45. I met Joey Harrington, my assigned Sales Rep. Great guy!!!! We went on a well thought out test drive. Joey H. was knowledgeable and an effective partner in the transaction. Within 25 minutes of the test drive we had agreed on a fair price for my trade in and the deal was struck. The Finance team was awesome and easy to deal with. No hard sell here. Again, very thoughtful about the various aspects of the transaction. Picked the vehicle up on the coldest day of the year and yet Joey H. did not rush the process. He took the time to wash my license plates before he put them on the vehicle. It is the little details that matter!!!! If you are in the market for a new or used vehicle do not hesitate to give Wagner a shot for your business. I do not think you will be disappointed. More
They don't keep their words, once you sign they take back al I bought a 2009 car and I was promised the car is in a perfect condition, I was told they will fix the small dents in the car, touch the scratches, br I bought a 2009 car and I was promised the car is in a perfect condition, I was told they will fix the small dents in the car, touch the scratches, brand new tires and new breaks. After I day of taking the car the engine oil light went on and I realized the car is very loud. Took it back to the dealer and I discovered that the car was not completely checked and the breaks and tires where not changed as I was told on signing. I was given an apointment after 2 weeks to fix the dental and check the sound coming from the car. Took the car on time 8:00 and got a call at 16:00 saying car is ready. Just to realize nothing was don't, dents were still there, paint scratches where not touched, and they told me the problem is from the tires not the engine and since the tires have more than 50% life on it they are considered new and they won't change it. Car is very load on driving, I and it doesn't drive smothly, and I feel unsafe. Worst experience with a car dealer, all they care about is that u sign and then you are history. Do not trust them and if given promises take it in writing. More

It is unusual to find such an honest and thoughtful salesperson. This was the easiest, most unobtrusive, efficient, stress free process yet. The finance manager, Phillip Scott, also very personable and easy to deal with. Well worth the drive from Boston. I will see you in 2 years Donald, thanks again! More
Do not service your car at bmw or mercedes Both service departments are $300 to $400 more per repairs. When the advisors are too busy for u they are disrepectful. I've done business with Wagner for five of my cars -- close to 15 years. They are beyond honest and helpful. They understand my interests and preferences and have made it easy to do business there. Excellent service and Sales I have owned at least 14 BMW's over the past 12 years. I first dealt with Wagner when I brought my Florida car in for a peeled off hood emblem. That was 8 years ago. I travel with my cars between Boston and ft. Lauderdale. regardless of where my BMW has been purchased Matt, Chris and the entire Service Team have treated me, and especially my wife and daughter as friends. Because of the Service team I met sales people and Management. I have purchased several cars from Wagner and am always treated fairly and with nothing but straight talk. They do not "clock" their cars as the BIG dealer does either. /scs More

My present car is a 2006 BMW 330i sedan, sport package, manual transmission, car now has about 76k miles. I am a BMWCCA member and do some of my own repairs when time and skill allow. My service advisor is Matt Roy and he does a great job listening to your service needs and coordinating the repairs. I recently had a Service Engine Soon indicator and a very rough running engine. Called Matt the next morning and he was able to have the car serviced promptly to repair a faulty ignition coil pack. Always a pleasure to deal with Matt, fast response and great service. Wagner does provide discounts to BMWCCA members, much appreciated! More
