Very poorly run operation Overall, this dealership and service center was much more organized and well run when Wagner owned it. Since it has changed hands, it has been on a st Overall, this dealership and service center was much more organized and well run when Wagner owned it. Since it has changed hands, it has been on a steady downward spiral over the last 2 years. I was in the area and stopped by several weeks ago to purchase some cleaning supplies for my cars, specifically the leather cleaning and conditioning wipes as well as the interior wipes. I questioned how old the ones were sitting on the counter of the parts department since they were encased in dust, and requested product from an unopened box. When I got home, which is not close to this dealership at all, they were all bone dry. Next, I made an appointment for my X3 three weeks ago, and have received countless reminders via text and email confirming my appointment listing ALL the services I requested which consisted of a vehicle check, fuel injector service, filter changes, wiper blade replacement, and an oil change - and requested a loaner so that I could get to work and make my early morning meetings. We arrived at the dealership this morning, and they had no idea why we were bringing the car in and stated that there was nothing requested in the way of service. Well, riddle me this; why were the service reminders on! When we presented one of the many "reminder" emails that listed the services I requested, we were again informed there wasn't anything scheduled except a vehicle check. Oh, and there wasn't a loaner available!! They did offer up an Uber ride up to 10 miles though! That was especially thoughtful when the hospital where I work is more than 25 miles away... I take pride in ownership of my 2 BMW's and I am sad that this dealership doesn't take the same pride in the brand, the customers, and paying attention to detail! A friend of mine just highly recommended Norwood BMW - I made an appointment with them, fingers crossed! More

Gene at BMW of Shrewsbury is Fantastic! I had such a good experience at BMW of Shrewsbury over the past two days. Day one I looked at cars - no pressure at all - and Gene Kalp was friendly I had such a good experience at BMW of Shrewsbury over the past two days. Day one I looked at cars - no pressure at all - and Gene Kalp was friendly and knowledgeable. The next day (yesterday) I went to several other dealerships - to check out their inventory - but something felt very different - I returned to see Gene and immediately upon greeting, I felt a warm, comfortable feeling. I had decided against the car that I had driven there the day before, so Gene and I sat down and started looking again with fresh eyes. He was very patient and suggested things to think about. I test drove a second car and that was "it." Gene talked with the finance manager and helped me get out of there efficiently. I love my new car and I would return here again when it is time to purchase another vehicle - and of course - I'd ask to see Gene!!! Kathy N. More
Most pathetic and humiliating experience Run away from this dealership. Most pathetic and disgraceful experience ever !! I was there for buying a 2019 BMW X series SUV. Was invited with a Run away from this dealership. Most pathetic and disgraceful experience ever !! I was there for buying a 2019 BMW X series SUV. Was invited with a good quote from sales rep over the phone. Excited with the quote I put the down holding payment of $500 over the phone and drove 3 hours the next day to lock the deal. Was greeted by another sales rep Malcom who was absolutely great to work with. This set my hopes high with the dealership and made me certain that I would buy the vehicle from there. But here comes the UNFORTUNATE and MOST disturbing experience for me. The rate that was quoted to me online was upped by $900 from their manager named Jason I think, who by the way is the most ill-mannered, hot-headed person I have come across. For all 1.5 hours we spent there, me and the sales rep Malcom shared a very pleasant experience. As soon as we started negotiating the final price of the car which seemed fair to their sale rep as well, the manager Jason swoops in, blabbers out some very harsh words, pressures us that we were stepping back from the quote made to us online (which by the way was upped by almost $900 when we arrived there with no explanation whatsoever), stands up in an ongoing conversation and crushes the contract and throws it away, saying we "would get our holding deposit in a few days" The sales rep and I were stunned by his bad behavior. Nobody had a clue why this guy behaved so badly, I could totally sense some biasedness in Jason's behavior. We left the dealership with nothing but utmost disrespect for this person and his shameful behavior. No person should have to go through this kind of humiliation as we did. My sincere request to all readers, stay away from this place to avoid getting such treatment. If still you end up there, at least avoid meeting this person named Jason there. Totally ruined our night and car buying experience. More
