Charged $175 for diagnosing a malfunctioning parts (TPMS) that were purchased from the same dealership. I had my BMW towed to this facility on a Monday afternoon. This is Thursday and the only way I received information is by actually driving there in person to check on it. I had an emergency on the highway with a flat tire and was able to limp to the dealership with the runflat tire. Stephanie the service associate and her fellow service associate saw to it that my tires we was able to limp to the dealership with the runflat tire.
