Satisfied Customer I am taking the time to re-review my experience at BMW of Scherville. On this past Momday, 5.24.18, I brought my Car back in to be reassessed. I was s I am taking the time to re-review my experience at BMW of Scherville. On this past Momday, 5.24.18, I brought my Car back in to be reassessed. I was serviced by the same Service Advisor (Nick) .Nick and the same Mechanic thoroughly checked my suspension and test drove my car. Nick also test drove my car with me being the passenger. My car was driving better. Nick also assured me that if I am still experiencing the same problem, BMW of Scherville will address it. Base on thos type of Customer Service, I am a satisfied customer. In my opinion, Honesty is always the best policy. As such, I would highly recommend BMW of Scherville! More

Deceptive Practices by BMW Dealership 's In an attempt to be serviced by a different BMW Dealership vs. the Dealership that I purchased my car from (BMW of Orland Park), I thoroughly explaine In an attempt to be serviced by a different BMW Dealership vs. the Dealership that I purchased my car from (BMW of Orland Park), I thoroughly explained to the Service Advisor (Nick) my concerns about deceptive practices. I was hopeful about a positive experience. I brought my car in to be serviced with specific concerns. Had a Diagnostic to pinpoint the concerns. Paid over $800.00 and when I left the Dealership, the same issues were still present, but had worsened. I am livid to say the least. Now, I have to be inconvenience to bring my car back. #will not pay more money. #will start a BMW movement on social media. More
