Treated unprofessionally by rude used car manager I wish the experience here was better. Went to look at a vehicle (first time visit) that was priced above its value for the mileage and work it needed I wish the experience here was better. Went to look at a vehicle (first time visit) that was priced above its value for the mileage and work it needed done. Unfortunately after making a first offer, the used car manager named Chris didn't like it and made rude comments telling me and my father that we either pay the wholesale price or use one of the seven exits. So as a first time customer/buyer, the very thing that comes to mind after not liking an offer (without even bothering to come to middle ground) is to tell someone to take it, or get out? Nice professionalism. If this is how you treat someone who comes in through your doors, what a great first impression. I will surely recommend to anyone interested in coming here to avoid this place if they wanna be treated in such a rude manner. I would suggest Chris to heed his advice and use one of those exits himself to find a new profession where his attitude might be considered useful. Also, if the car is wholesale price shouldn't it be going to auction? Another thing is they claimed the car was given a safety inspection. Well I am sure the car passed because when it was brought around, the service traction control lights were illuminated and it was kicking in when it was not supposed to. Oh yeah....how about it refusing to start after it was shut off? We were also told it was just freshly detailed by a professional. Well I am sure it was, because the garbage from the previous owner was still in the trunk and the dashboard had a layer of dust and grime. The product person I spoke to was very short with me especially attempting to reply to my specific questions. I chose not to buy shortly after that process and decided to go back to Chicago where I was able to buy a new 5 series 550M in no time and I am very p,eased with that process. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone More

I have bought all of my vehicles from this dealer in the past 10 years, well over 375,000$ in cars, needless to say I will not be returning; the manager there is extremely unknowledgable and it’s sad that his own salesman do not back him up. Poor sales process and usually takes all day to purchase a car. I inquired online about a 8 series as I lost Lauren’s number, I was able to track her down and I was told she was released. I was solely returning only because she knew the vehicles better than anyone who worked there. Very poor judgement on managements behalf!!! More
