Terrible Vehicle Service BEWARE OF SERVICE. I took in a car that I was looking to purchase and paid $275 for a full vehicle inspection to ensure that I was purchasing a good c BEWARE OF SERVICE. I took in a car that I was looking to purchase and paid $275 for a full vehicle inspection to ensure that I was purchasing a good car. They found a few things that I had fixed at the dealer that I was buying it from, but nothing major. I ended up buying the car and after driving 3 hours home, noticed one of the tires had gone from 33 psi to 10 psi. Thinking it was a flat, I took it in to an auto shop and it turns out that the wheel was cracked, causing air to leak, and had been cracked for quite some time according to the mechanic. Now I have to replace all the wheels because this BMW dealer didn't think to check the tire pressure (that tire definitely would have been much lower than all the rest). When I called them about it, they said the tire pressure light wasn't on and I didn't mention it, so basically it's my fault. The entire point of taking it in was to check everything that I hadn't checked! Incredibly disappointed; would NOT recommend taking a car here for service More
