I took my 328xi in because my car was stalling when stopped and was ov TAKE IT SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! I was very disappointed with the service department. I took my 328xi in because my car was stalling when stopped and was over heating. I paid the diagnostic fee of 160. They came back with a report with all the things wrong and the damage was 2,700 plus new tires. The car has over 200K and is a 2007 so the value is 5K at most. I decided to do the repairs even though the repair was approaching the value of the car. Two weeks later after I spent over an additional 1K for tires, the car was over heating again. I took it back and they did another diagnostic and I needed a new radiator and water pump (apprx 2K). The original report had nothing about cooling system problems. I would have not made the repairs had I known the total cost. I made the repairs. I talked with Joe the service manager about this. Two weeks later, I get a warning light the coolent is low and find a puddle in my garage. I take it back and they say "radiator that they installed was defective." No charge and I had to call them to find out the status of my car. I go back to pick up the car and Stephanie tells me key is at the check out. I pick up my key and my car is parked outside covered in snow. They told me it was done at 7 PM and I'm picking it up at 11 the next day. No one said I'm Sorry for the inconvenience or offered to even dust off my car. BMW of Schererville could have done that at a minimal but if they would have been a decent company offered to refund my diagnostic fee for my inconvenience. More
Sales manager and Glenn Green did a great job and there was no pressure to buy once I test drive the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited. I drove 1 1/2 hours from South Bend an it was worth the drive and finding th was no pressure to buy once I test drive the 2019 Jeep Cherokee Limited. The showroom was also world class and all employees were very friendly and it was a very relaxing experience. More

Great dealer and service department! I had an issue with a tow hatch that was not covered by BMW. I was not happy about that. The dealership and Nick Wilson (Service Advisor) stepped up and replaced and c a tow hatch that was not covered by BMW. I was not happy about that. The dealership and Nick Wilson (Service Advisor) stepped up and replaced and corrected the problem at no charge. It was a small problem but an annoyance that caused frustration. That frustration was turned into satisfaction and appreciation. I'm in a business that requires excellent customer service, so I really appreciate it when I see it or experience it.
