Started out as what I thought was a great experience. I bought a CPO vehicle from this dealership. Was shown a clean CarFax and told the vehicle had never had an accident. Over a year later, Tried to trade it at a different BMW dealership only to find it actually HAD been wrecked according to an Experian Autocheck report. I sent an email, told them I wished to speak with them about the issue when I brought the car in for service, and got no response. More

Purchased a 2022 X3 for my wife and the sales team was extremely helpful. Just recently upgraded to a 2023 X5 and my experience was once again seamless and enjoyable. Unethical. Would never do business with them again. I bought a Volvo Hybrid Plug-In and discovered when I got home that the car's charging cable was missing. I've contacted the dealership 10 times to resolve the issue and they just keep putting me off. They could easily solve the issue by sending me a charging cable but refuse to do so. Buyer beware! More
Sadly, this dealership started off strong then ended flat! I inquired about a pre-owned Porsche but once I asked a few questions and requested a video, I was ghosted. I even sent a follow-up email asking why my requested were not answered and guess what, no reply again. I spoke to Berkli on the phone and communicated via email. She informed me a salesperson would contact me. Nothing. My take is my questions on the car—I’m very familiar with Porsches—scared them off. In other words, they don’t want to sell the car to an informed consumer. I expected more from a BMW dealer. Just be upfront either way. More

In the beginning I was livid about my car before Joe stepped in and made my experience one that would ensure my willingness to happily return again and again as long as I know he's [Joe] around. If I didn't tell they company or dealership before how pleased I am with Joe , then please allow me to do so now. That's the least I can do. Thanks Joe. More
