I was driving home to Sarasota from Orlando on business this week in my brand new 2021 X5 M Sport and got a warning light about a possible drivetrain malfunction. I called my sales rep, Bobby at BMW of Sa this week in my brand new 2021 X5 M Sport and got a warning light about a possible drivetrain malfunction. I called my sales rep, Bobby at BMW of Sarasota and he arranged for me to bring my car in the next morning first thing. I arrived at 9:00 am and met with Paul, the assistant service manager. He immediately took the vehicle and fit me into their already busy schedule to see what the issue was and got me a rental/loaner. Both Paul and Bobby kept in touch with me throughout the day and updated me that the car was just not taken out of demo/test drive mode when I purchased it. The service techs corrected the issue and Paul had a full diagnostic done on the vehicle to insure me there was nothing wrong with the car. They had it washed and ready for me to pick up before the day was over and Paul provided detailed explanation of what happened. The service at BMW of Sarasota continues to be outstanding on all fronts and I wax super relieved that there were no issues with my new car! 5 star attention and service from both sakes and service.
