The service center at BMW Of Sarasota is excellent. My service representative Carlos is great and I always have a feeling that he’s doing his best and trying to take care of me. Expensive (bad value - $500 for a car battery), and as I drove off with my vehicle, I noticed they had not completed the work, so I had to go back in and point this out.
