Drop off process was disorganized. Pulled the car into service dept without greeting left to walk around to figure out what next to do. Had to wait until my specific advisor was finished with people before me while other advisors not busy. When car was finished had to then wait for a runner to find the car then bring it to us. Service was excellent and Lucy was great at helping me with all my issues and explaining the process. The rental vehicles provided were very dirty and not cleaned for the customers. To be clear, Carlos Munoz is amazing! He always goes out of his way to make sure everything is great. My problem is with the service team. It is too bad Carlos needs to be in the middle on this. My car is only 1 year old. I understand the oil filter is in the back of the S58 engine on the G8x models. However they had no care in not making a mess. I know its hard to reach but why are the not using a towel or something to prevent a bunch of oil from dripping on the back of the engine, hoses, clips and on the panel under the car. I had enough oil that I needed to come back to make sure the car was not leaking or the drain plug/filter were on correctly. I drove back down and they said it was just residual oil and they cleaned under the car. I don't know why they would not have done that the first time. It shows a lack of respect. I detail my cars and now I have oil all over the back of the engine in a hard to access area. One would think they would treat all cars better especially a new one that is clearly clean. It is very disappointing as well as annoying I had to come back and spend more hours waiting. A simple oil change should not result in this. More
