Service is gone downhill. I am switching dealerships. I’ve been coming there for two years. My name address phone number is wrong in the system. Every time I come in. I waited I am switching dealerships. I’ve been coming there for two years. My name address phone number is wrong in the system. Every time I come in. I waited two hours only to find out they haven’t even started on my car yet. I was only there for an oil change. They couldn’t get in touch with me because my phone number was incorrect in their system. I found out I had a recall and part of my car. They didn’t fix that either even though they said they would. I think it’s time to go somewhere else. More
