The diagnosis they made was incomplete they were guessing that the fuel pump was faulty, and when I asked numerous times to have it checked, I kept getting declined and they finally agreed to just have check that the fuel pump was faulty, and when I asked numerous times to have it checked, I kept getting declined and they finally agreed to just have checked before replacing Eventually, they did check the fuel pump gauge, which was faulty now seems to be well so far. They charged me for diagnostics They said it is free if I got the service job done through them. I paid it Before the service because the assistant manager thought I was not going to return and had to request for the refund. Which they did give me money back eventually. I found this unprofessional. The system manager that I was working with had poor iContact appeared very busy. Maybe the staff was overworked. My wife came To pick up the vehicle, they misplaced the keys, only to find it underneath the assistant managers desk on the floor. Delay was another 20 min. More
