Not proactive in communication. Too busy to truly give service. General Manager was not responsive the Wednesday and Friday of thanksgiving which put my repair back over a week. Overall experience was good, especially once I was able to speak with my service rep Josh. The young lady at the check-in kiosk wasn't particularly friendly but she may have been distracted with some issue to speak with my service rep Josh. The young lady at the check-in kiosk wasn't particularly friendly but she may have been distracted with some issue regarding some missing keys. I also thought the 20 minute wait inside before speaking to anyone was a bit long. It would have been good for someone to point out my service rep to me and let me know he was finishing up with another customer and would be with me shortly. More
