Ok I don’t normally write reviews but Cameron is by far the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with and I truly believe that his hard work and dedication to his job is truly unmatched and he should be the BEST service advisor I have ever worked with and I truly believe that his hard work and dedication to his job is truly unmatched and he should be acknowledged for it! So first let me say I have had BMW’s for almost 10 years now and have worked with all different BMW service advisors in New Jersey and Florida and I have never felt so taken care of and at ease. I am seriously so grateful that I was able to work with him and will honestly never go to a different dealership for service because I only want to work with him from now on! He is extremely easy to work with - very attentive, considerate and on top of everything. He was so kind and easy going through the whole process and actually made getting work done of my car a seamless and easy process that can sometimes be a little stressful! I was actually assigned to a different advisor but requested Cameron because his service is unlike any other advisor I have worked with! I have never come across anyone like Cameron before and I truly hope his amazing dedication is rewarded because like I said I haven’t been that impressed with Sarasota BMW but after working with Cameron I refuse to go to anyone else!
