Services representative (Carlos) was outstanding The moment I pulled into the service garage someone was there to meet me. Less than 5 mins Carlos had me in his office going over what needed to be do The moment I pulled into the service garage someone was there to meet me. Less than 5 mins Carlos had me in his office going over what needed to be done and how long and of course, how much. During the diagnostic of the auto, a gasket leak was identified and repair to take an additional 3-4 hours. Carlos immediately had me in a loaner and out the door. Later that evening he called when he had the car completed and washed. More

Customer Service Galore I’m new to Sarasota, so I did not yet know the best non-dealer auto service for my X-3. Went to BMW of Sarasota for brake fluid change and repair of p I’m new to Sarasota, so I did not yet know the best non-dealer auto service for my X-3. Went to BMW of Sarasota for brake fluid change and repair of peeling glove box cover. Was told glove box could not be repaired and would be $300+ to replace. After expressing my view that interior parts deterioration is what I would expect from a Ford Focus, not a BMW X-3, I was introduced to the Kyle, the Service Director. Kyle acknowledged that other customers had experienced the same problem with their glovebox, and he offered to replace the glove box door for no charge! Wow. Kudos to the Customer Service person Susan, who was not only unbearably cute, but also extremely helpful in getting me in touch with Kyle. Yes, dealerships are typically 20-25% more expensive than independent repair shops, but when it comes to customer service, BMW of Sarasota is among the best i’ve Ever dealt with. Thank you. More
