Carlos was abundantly helpful and got us an immediate appointment as well as had our tire replaced within a few hours. While I was there Mr. Eric Reves took time out of his busy schedule to touch bases with me and see how the car was working so far, and to tell me about a few amenities that I was not aware of. I always receive excellent service whenever I come to the Sarasota BMW dealership which is why I travel over 50 minutes to go there each and every time for a BMW. I would highly recommend the dealership as well as the employees who work there. More

Also, the actual experience there went a lot better. They finished my car fast and the service agent that helped me was really nice to work with and made the experience smooth.
