Poor Service brought my car in for 2 recalls to be completed. I also needed the tires checked since there was a 'low tire' indicator light illuminated. I informe brought my car in for 2 recalls to be completed. I also needed the tires checked since there was a 'low tire' indicator light illuminated. I informed the service coordinator of this issue and she assured me that it would be taken care of. Upon picking up my car the indicator light was still on. This means either they didn't fix the problem or didn't reset the sensor. REALLY?? How thorough was the "safety Inspection" that they supposedly performed? Especially since the check box for tires was checked 'green' for all four tires... More

My service rep explained the service process to me during our initial conversation and then she updated after the service was completed but before the car was ready. A well oiled machine From the moment I arrived at the service entrance which was clearly marked and easily accessible, I was greeted with smiling faces and efficient servi From the moment I arrived at the service entrance which was clearly marked and easily accessible, I was greeted with smiling faces and efficient service. Maria was my service advisor and even went so far as to take a picture of the windshield washer strainers that were clogged with algae and inoperable. Happy that she suggested having them replaced. To my surprise, the waiting room was fully stocked with juices, coffee, tea along with an assortment of granola bars, chips, apples and freshly popped popcorn. All in all, a very relaxing experience for my first service at BMW of Sarasota. More
