Ambiguous So I came to BMW in the summer to have my blower motor wires replaced for the recall. I was told to wait for the letter which I did. The brakes were checked, tire inflation & recall done. No charge. THEN Seth tells me oil gaskets are leaking .to the tune of $2700. I deferred. I left cloth under car overnight. NO leaks. I checked oil sensor gauge. NO change. I had my car checked at Encore 2 weeks before BMW & NO problem. Either Seth was lying, mistaken, misinformed or the mechanic is incompetent or all of these. Either way I am reluctant to return to BMW for service. I will continue to be serviced by Encore on 41. I have owned BMW SINCE 2001 and this has never occurred. More
Waited three hours and only got an oil change. I had an appointment to get my oil changed and to have my hatchback fixed. When I asked what took three hours to determine what was wrong with my hatchback nobody could give me an answer. Now I have to do it all over again. This dealership is an hour away from my home so it blew most of the day. When I asked how long it would take to replace the part when I came back I once again could not get an answer. Don't you have a book that tells you labor time on all repairs? More

Service with a smile I had my X3 in for its routine service earlier this week and was delighted with the friendliness of all the people I interacted with. I dropped the car off around 4 pm on Monday and requested it be available for pick up before 2 pm the following day. I was informed of the estimated cost via my mobile phone at 8:30 am on Tuesday. I was called to tell me it was ready for pick up around 11. When I arrived at the dealer I had time for a cup of coffee and a cookie before leaving in my vehicle, which had just been washed and vacuumed. More

I appreciate that the higher costs reflect the training and standards they provide, and try to be judicious of when I need them. That being said - when I do use the dealership I feel it has always worth the value represented. I'm always pleased with the service, and I'm sure it's in a large part because of the asst. service manager I've been lucky enough to have for several years. Maria Lizardi always makes sure things are done right and leaves me confident I've made a good choice. She epitomizes and personifies the higher standard BMW endeavors to attain. More

Recall: Blower Motor Wiring, plus multi-point insp. Very disappointed in this dealership! I liked the service manager. Satisfied with recall work and all encountered personnel. However, the mechanics t Very disappointed in this dealership! I liked the service manager. Satisfied with recall work and all encountered personnel. However, the mechanics that worked on my recall said I need $2700 worth of work replacing Oil Filter Housing/O-ring and Oil pan Gasket. I decided to get a second opinion and discovered from another place that no leak was found. So, I really hope the mechanics at this dealership was not trying to fabricate unnecessary work on my vehicle. More
