Bad service I purchased new 320I when I drove it tire Pressure was low, I took it back after few days and I was at there for 2 hours I was told it would be fix af I purchased new 320I when I drove it tire Pressure was low, I took it back after few days and I was at there for 2 hours I was told it would be fix after I drives it, and now the problem still hasn’t been fixed, I was told 2 of my tires still low, I don’t have the time to go back. So I think that’s bad service. More

Exceptional care even for old cars! Fernando is awesome! I received a letter that my ‘02 5-series may need a recall service, and also had them do an oil change. Fernando was able to apply a discount to the oil change for a promotion that was actually starting the next week! My car ended up not needing the recall done but they looked over everything and treated me like a valued customer as if I had bought a new car from them. The mechanics even tightened up some stuff from a part I repaired myself recently, free of charge. The whole process took a couple hours and I thoroughly enjoyed my wait there with the swanky setting and complimentary selection of snacks and drinks! Thanks Fernando and the rest of the crew that helped do everything at BMW of Sarasota, I really felt like a valued customer. More
