Extremely satisfied w/the service department. John Tremblay was my contact from beginning to end. My baby was towed to the dealer (would not start) and John went the extra mile taking care of her - he Tremblay was my contact from beginning to end. When I picked my vehicle up (after repairs), John made sure he spoke to me personally and ensured I was completely satisfied. I was also able to speak to one of the technicians that worked on my car, which was immaculate when I got it back! At that time I had an appointment to have my yearly maintenance (I do not put alot of mileage on the car each year). When I arrived for my appt. another service person said that I could not have service for another 2 weeks although I was given an appointment over the phone. Of course the other sales man explained to me why (I needed two more weeks before my year was up) but he did not make me feel that he cared about my inconvenience. John certainly did feel my frustration today. My question is, when I called to make the appt, why is the person on the phone not looking in the computor to see if my year is up. My paperwork stated that I way there in May of 2010. So I should have been alright with my appt. Aparently not. This is not good business. More

I have 2 different extended warranty plans and explained to me what each one covers, but if something needed to be done and it isn't covered, to me. I recently moved to Sarasota from Princeton with my 10 year old BMW 740 iL. It was due for brake service, so I took it to BMW of Sarasota. It is a new facility with an exceptional commitment to customer service and satisfaction -- almost over the top. I give them top marks across the board. My only average rating is on price, which not surprisingly was high. My point of comparison is the family-owned and operated Kingston Garage near Princeton where I had previosly been having my BMW serviced. The Kingston Garage offered excellent service at lower prices, I suspect because they didn't have the overhead of a BMW dealership. I am nonetheless happy so far. More
I just want to say my service gentleman John who deal with me is a saint. I was in a foul mood the morning of my appointment and took it out on him.
