Customer Satisfaction at its Best I recently brought my car in for annual service. My appointment was for 7:30a on a busy Friday morning. I arrived at 7:30a and was greeted by my my technician, Lewis at 7:35a!!. Lewis sat with me and reviewed everything included in the service visit and asked if there was anything else they could do during the visit! He estimated it would take them about an hour and a half to two hours to complete. Here is the best part, my car was delivered (washed!) within the 90 min time estimate! Lewis reviewed the service report, no cost due to warranty service and I was on my way! More

A rocky start, but a good ending I came in specifically for a recall and subsequently a check engine light came on. I think Fernando was overwhelmed that morning and forgot that I wa I came in specifically for a recall and subsequently a check engine light came on. I think Fernando was overwhelmed that morning and forgot that I wanted a loaner if the repair would be at least 2 hrs. I actually spent 4 hrs there - ps: you could crank the air-conditioning down a bit. He did find me after 2 1/2 hrs to show me why the light was going on and that the computer found that I needed a new battery. Funny that it didn't also find what it found last February . . . I usually have my car fixed locally as I find the dealership prices very high. He seemed sensitive to that and explained that he would give me certain discounts on the work so I went ahead. I did have someone ask me if I'd been helped after I was there 2 hrs - still, I thought that was nice. I also asked that someone help me with my synching my new phone to the Bluetooth in the car but that didn't happen. More

The Service representative was cordial and provided detailed information on what was to be done, and My service call began with them taking me early.
