BMW of Sarasota - Service Center

Oil change just had the car in for an oil change, which lasted 2-1/2 hours. For an oil change! We had an appointment and thought one hour max! The car had only 5 just had the car in for an oil change, which lasted 2-1/2 hours. For an oil change! We had an appointment and thought one hour max! The car had only 5000 miles on it. We just did it because it's a leased car and we were worried, that we would loose the warranty. And because the dealership told us it's necessary. I really don't know why, since oils these days certainly last more than 5000 miles. What a waste. There are a ton of people running around, but nobody seems to be in charge. I have never seen so many people in one place doing nothing. Amazing. More

He has always available to take a phone call and prompt with calling when my vehicle is ready after being serviced.
