Overall, it was a very bad experience Although Carlos Munoz and Valentina Lizardi were very professional and nice, my experience was not a good one. It was the first time I had brought the car in for service and each time I left, something else would break on the car. After an air conditioning maintenance (and a couple other maintenance services) heat began to pour out of vents. It was repaired at no cost to me and I asked that they check the other work, which included brakes, was done properly since my 17 year old daughter would be driving the car. I was assured that everything had checked out just fine. As we pulled out of the parking lot, the car began to shake and the check engine light came on. We immediately went back and had that issue fixed. Again we were assured all was good with the car now. As we pulled out of the parking lot again, the car began to make a very loud air popping sound. We turned around again and Carlos asked the mechanic to take it for a test drive to see what the problem was this time. The mechanic was very rude and stated he didn't want to work on the car. I asked Carlos to do the test drive because the mechanic seemed angry, but Carlos insisted the mechanic was more knowledgeable and would do the test drive. He heard the sound and brought the car back, revving the engine to a point that I asked him to please stop doing that before the problem got worse. Again, the mechanic seemed angry. We left after they zip tied a piece back together on the car because the parts department was closed and they could not do the repair until the next day. Overall, it was a very bad experience. More

Great experience with Carlos My service advisor Carlos did a great job of explaining what was wrong with the car, and what needed to be done. He took time to explain all the options we had, and how our warranty worked to ensure the best possible outcome for us. I feel like he was very honest and focused on customer satisfaction. The post-inspection report showed the techs took time to look over all aspects of the car, i'm very confident in their work and Carlos's supervision. More

I very much appreciated that I was not pressured to commit to scheduling my additional service issues in the moment. I felt that I received a wealth of additional information regarding the maintenance and overall health status of my car that I wasn’t fully aware of. It was refreshing to be treated as a human and not just a number. All the kindness I received was genuine and not forced. More

BMW has been good about sending out postcards to remind us to have the recall taken care of. We finally got a time that worked for both parties and I was pleasantly surprised of the waiting area. Plenty of snacks, drinks and comfortable chairs to relax and wait. My original understanding was for less time than Jessica told me about and because I was already time bankrupt, she quickly offered up a rental car so that I was not stressed about timing. I will be back soon. More

Unfortunately, rental care pickup took 50 minutes, BMW people blamed it on Hertz but I still had to wait 50 minutes. Rental car drop off was easy, checkout was timely and service advisor did a good job of explaining everything. Except for the rental car fiasco, well done. More
Service Experience I am writing this review on the entire experience. The initial organization and the feeling of a great customer experience when you pulled through th I am writing this review on the entire experience. The initial organization and the feeling of a great customer experience when you pulled through the garage was unlike any other service center I had been too. Working with Carlos was easy as he explained everything and pricing in detail. The car was ready and back home the next day. However, the next time I drove the vehicle, there was an issue with the coolant system. After being stuck on interstate 75 twice, the car was back in the shop. Not a happy customer at the time, but Carlos and your team was able to diagnose the issue the same day. After explaining my situation, frustrations, and appreciation for the fact this was never an issue prior to the first service, the issue was rectified. Not only was it rectified, but corrected with a fast response, the use of a curtesy car, and same day service. If the second visit was not handled the way it was, I would not have given such a great review, or be back again. Now I will be back for new tires in the near future. Possibly look for different Certified Pre-owned car. More
