Awesome service center Carlos and his team went above and beyond for me. I encountered a mysterious engine problem on my 2019 m4. I called them at 1:30, had and appointment Carlos and his team went above and beyond for me. I encountered a mysterious engine problem on my 2019 m4. I called them at 1:30, had and appointment at 2:00. I expressed to Carlos I was from Miami and was due to leave around 5:30 due to work obligations, Carlos said he would do everything to get me back on the road. He delivered. Within two hours his team diagnosed and fixed the problem, on a Saturday ! I can’t speak higher of this service team and Carlos. Without them I would have been stranded 3 hours from home. Don’t hesitate, this is the best bmw dealership I have ever been to. They truly treat you like family. More

Annual servicing ~ Valentina took care of business quickly and efficiently as my car was serviced on a Sunday morning. And my vehicle was washed extraordinarily well. 3 Days to get a Tire? I got a "low tire" warning/ Took car in next day. They said tire had nail and they would have to replace it. I said OK. Then they said it would 3 days I got a "low tire" warning/ Took car in next day. They said tire had nail and they would have to replace it. I said OK. Then they said it would 3 days to get the tire (one day was a holiday)..Tire brand was - I guess - not one they carried. So I got a loaner - not a BMW. They did do a bunch of other services which would have been required in the next few months that were covered by the warranty. Service person - Lewis was good - no issue with him, just disappointed it took so long to get a tire. I'm sure a local tire shop would have been able to get it the next day.. More

No hidden surprises Valentina was great to work with. I was given a loaner which i didn’t expect. I wasn’t pleased with the older greeter gent.
