The sales team is phenomenal, and were very help in helping me find the right X5 with options I wanted and a year later with my wife helping her choosing which car fits her best. I never felt pressure or hurried into buying something. By far the best experience. I go out of my way to use this service center as they proactively go thru, address any issues, repairs, etc that may come up... Ensuring I stay on the road problem free. Other competitors force u into multiple appointments making it difficult to juggle schedules etc. Now all 3 of our BMW's old & new get serviced there. More

I have a problem with a two-hour service and no loaner car. It seamed like every person I spoke to pointed fingers to another person to take care of my appointment.
