Nice people but Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and friendly. Showroom and waiting area were beautiful and well equipped. Free Rental car needed washer fluid and had dirty windshield. Brought my car in for warranty work so 1st experience with this service center. Car was not washed. Although I had bald rear tires, they were marked as fine. All fluids were marked as fine but was told I had a cracked oil gasket housing and it was leaking. Started car after stopping for gas, and it said I needed washer fluid. It was running already when they brought it to me. Next morning car told me right rear tire needed air. So basically everything that I knew was wrong was fine, even oil level, but what I could not see need $1300 of repairs. More

Checkin for service is dysfunctional I was leaving car and my wife came as well to drive me home. The work to be done was discussed with service manager previously and known to the dealer I was leaving car and my wife came as well to drive me home. The work to be done was discussed with service manager previously and known to the dealership 2-3 days before service appointment. I had to meet with 3 different people and discussed service with at least 2 of them. Total wait just to drop off car for service was 45 minutes. Totally unacceptable, especially for luxury line like BMW. This is an issue that you must deal with!! Makes me reluctant to consider a BMW for next car. More
Customer Satisfaction at its Best I recently brought my car in for annual service. My appointment was for 7:30a on a busy Friday morning. I arrived at 7:30a and was greeted by my my technician, Lewis at 7:35a!!. Lewis sat with me and reviewed everything included in the service visit and asked if there was anything else they could do during the visit! He estimated it would take them about an hour and a half to two hours to complete. Here is the best part, my car was delivered (washed!) within the 90 min time estimate! Lewis reviewed the service report, no cost due to warranty service and I was on my way! More

A rocky start, but a good ending I came in specifically for a recall and subsequently a check engine light came on. I think Fernando was overwhelmed that morning and forgot that I wanted a loaner if the repair would be at least 2 hrs. I actually spent 4 hrs there - ps: you could crank the air-conditioning down a bit. He did find me after 2 1/2 hrs to show me why the light was going on and that the computer found that I needed a new battery. Funny that it didn't also find what it found last February . . . I usually have my car fixed locally as I find the dealership prices very high. He seemed sensitive to that and explained that he would give me certain discounts on the work so I went ahead. I did have someone ask me if I'd been helped after I was there 2 hrs - still, I thought that was nice. I also asked that someone help me with my synching my new phone to the Bluetooth in the car but that didn't happen. More
