At arrival I signed in at the kiosk outside, gave the attendant(person #1) information and went inside. Later I was greeted by another person (#2) who took me to her desk, asked more questions and mentioned that the person (#3) who would be taking care of me was in a meeting! I sat in the "waiting" area. After one hour I went back to person #2 and asked what was going on? Finally person #3 was ready to speak to me. She would go check with the mechanic. I was also informed it would be a $95 charge for the diagnostic to determine the issue. At 5:30 (I had a 4:00 appointment) it was determined that I needed a clamp for a hose connecting to the engine and the part would have to be ordered. I would be called about the price of the repair, etc. I was presented a bill for $113.86!!! On Tuesday a message was left on my phone by person #3 to the effect that we don't have an electronics catalog for Minis here and wondered if I was going to the Mini Dealer anytime soon?? Why would I do that since I came to BMW after receiving a flyer saying you fix Minis? The Mini Dealer is in Fort Myers. Why would you charge me for a diagnostic if no repair was intended? I request a REFUND on the $113.86 since I now still have the issue I came in to your dealership for and will seek repair elsewhere. All of the Glitz and Glitter in your showroom and the dozens of staff I had plenty of time to observe did not resolve the issue at hand very disillusioned! More
Super Adviser We were down on a vacation when I lost a coil. Your dealership took me without an appointment, gave me a loaner for the day, even though it was a Sat. Your dealership took me without an appointment, gave me a loaner for the day, even though it was a Sat. was able to work with my extended warranty company and changed the coil for only the deduct able. I would highly recommend not only this BMW dealership for service, but Valentina Lizardi was super, went out of her way to help, and ensured I was kept informed throughout the day as to what was happening. More

It took an hour just to drop off the car! They system they use is not customer friendly, I am surprised others are not upset. This is the second time I took my car in for service, both times I had an appointment and had arranged for a car to drive while my car was being repaired. I takes over an hour to drop off your car!!! I was 5 minutes early for my 10:30 appointment I was met at the garage entrance by an individual that confirmed my appointment. I was instructed to drive up to the service desk area and drop off my keys. After dropping off my keys I was to go into the showroom waiting area and my service adviser would be with me shortly. After waiting about 30 minutes I went out to the service desk and asked where my adviser was, they said she was checking out my car. I was sent to wait in her office. A few minutes later she arrived and we discussed my service. My appointment was made for a Thursday so I could get the dents in the car repaired under my dent and ding policy with the dealer. The service adviser who I make the appointment when I mentioned I wanted to get this done in addition to the regular service said if we did the appointment on a Thursday the could do both services. When I mentioned this to her she said they are not there on Thursday, the people who make the appointments do no know the schedule, Once we completed the check in process the service writer took my license and insurance card and told me to go back in the showroom and wait and the Loner car individual would be with me shortly. about 10 minutes later I signed the papers for the car and was told to wait again while she got the car. 15 minutes later I see her outside looking around, I went out and we waited for the car to be ready. This is not acceptable and has happened on the prior occasion. It took me over a hour to drop off my car. I also arrange service for an Audi in Sarasota and a Mercedes their check in procedure is much quicker. I will not purchase a BMW in Sarasota again due to this problem. I have expressed this opinion with others and they agreed, More

Your tech insinuated that this was something he had never seen before and was afraid to do the oil change! More
