All aspects of this service call were performed efficiently, professionally, and satisfactorily- arranging service appt and valet vehicle pick up (and return), communications with service rep, perf efficiently, professionally, and satisfactorily- arranging service appt and valet vehicle pick up (and return), communications with service rep, performance of vehicular inspection and completion of routine service requirements per BMW service manual requirements. I particularly appreciated the video and voice review of vehicle inspection performed by service technician and all communications with service rep, Carlos Munoz. Carlos reviewed al work recommended and also provided cost saving options. Personnel who picked up and delivered car were very courteous and efficient. Excellent experience. More
