Worst service I ever received from any dealership of vehicles we’ve ever owned!! I had a 9:30am appt for a standard oil change, nothing more (checking in on kiosk as advised/and updated phone number w/ vehicles we’ve ever owned!! I had a 9:30am appt for a standard oil change, nothing more (checking in on kiosk as advised/and updated phone number w/ check in helper. After 2.5 hrs waiting I asked someone to check on my vehicle. Mind you I have not heard one word/seen the service advisor the entire time I was there (Greg). I was told it was finished but in the car wash line. 45 min later I was still waiting, but received a call from my husband saying he got a video text from the technician, everything fine and he wud be in touch when finished. Again I went to find someone letting them know they needed to use the updated number I gave in the beginning since I was the one there in person and to check on the vehicle once again. It supposedly in the car wash line (still) waiting to get washed. At this point I still haven’t talked with our service tech this whole time, it was always someone else who checked it for me. Then my husband received another text saying that the car was waiting for me to come and pick up…when I was there the entire time!! So again I went out and talked to someone about getting my car and the problem they keep having by sending texts to my husband and nobody coming to get me to talk to…the young girl told me to wait in the side lobby and I wud have my car in 10 min…which she did. However I had to ask for the paperwork, nobody came to me to discuss anything with the vehicle, so she went in to the service advisor, she got the paperwork for me to sign (he did NOT come out to see me) so I signed, received my paperwork., and being so frustrated from the whole ordeal and 3 .5 hours total waiting on my car to be finished from a standard oil change service call. I left and headed home…within 15 min I received a call on my cell, it was someone from BMW stating that there might be a cell phone in my back seat. I was already on the highway, so I pulled off an exit, checked my back seat and sure enough there it was. I tried calling the number back that called me, no answer. So I drove back to the dealership, went to the front desk and handed her the phone, and explaining to her my frustration w/ this whole ordeal/morning/drive back to drop off a employee cell phone…totally uncalled for!!! By the time I ended back up on the highway to head home once again, 4.5 hours have lapsed and I was very upset with the whole situation…and it again only a routine oil change!!! I have never experienced such terrible service like that in all my years of owning vehicles…and I wud not want to put anyone thru that, ever!! I’m sorry to have been the bearer of bad news regarding my appt/svc call…but as I’ve tried explaining to you, it was a very frustrating/poor communication situation that I don’t want to ever experience again!!!! More
