Over the last couple of years. ..it is not a consistent experience. Different advisor each time. Sometimes they meet with you and sometimes they don't. Didnt even meet my advisor th ..it is not a consistent experience. Different advisor each time. Sometimes they meet with you and sometimes they don't. Didnt even meet my advisor this time dropping off or picking up. I asked for an appraisal to be done on the car during check in and none had been done when I picked up car. The service techs are great! Love the videos they send. The place just seems to be so busy that personalized, BMW level of customer care by the advisors is not possible the way it used to be. Even when I picked up my car, the runner told me it's over there and handed me the keys. It was not pulled up for me. The tag still hung from the rear view mirror. Like I said, not really relevant to the excellent car service I feel I get but it no longer feels like BMW customer care. Thanks for seeking my input. More
