The cars sell themselves really. Bobby was lazy and inconsistent with the sale. Anthony the sales manager could care less about the customers. Tammy rushed me through the financing and add ons. Honestly everything turned me off about BMW Sarasota even before I got there I had heard about them. But they had the car I wanted so I took it. Bad choice ultimately they couldn’t even do a good job touching up the scratches on the car. It came out like orange peel surface but they refuse to fix it. It’s s a shame a wiling buyer couldn’t get better customer service. Read other reviews, I’m not the only one. I won’t be back here for my next BMW or any services for that matter. More
