Drove from PCB to make an appointment at 3:00. While waiting for car to be serviced one of the service managers stated that it may be longer (next day) for items to be taken care of. Got a rental While waiting for car to be serviced one of the service managers stated that it may be longer (next day) for items to be taken care of. Got a rental that I could not drive due to recent surgery and manager wanted to keep car an extra day. I could not stay and was frantically trying to get the rental back, luckily another service mgr was able to have my car exchanged out with rental. No service was performed after 21/2 days at your shop More
