The purchase was simple and reasonably hassle free. Our sales rep was great! Financing was frustrating as they attempted to inflate the rate by two points above our pre-approved financing through ou Our sales rep was great! Finance also failed to return my call after purchase to establish the low jack account. It took three voicemails over 4 days. Didn't get a return call until I reached back out to my sales rep. More

Original problem still exists. Everything from check in to pick up was poor. Had an appointment with service manager and was kept waiting about 1/2 an hour.
