Scheduling appointment was easy and was quick. Arrived at dealership and was greeted immediately. Assigned technician was available and discussed my service with me a d the cost. Service took about two hours and the actual service cost was below the estimate. The car was washed and the tech escorted me to my vehicle and insured the seat and floor covers were removed before my departure. Job well done Derek! Dealership is very good. I was disappointed that a problem that I mentioned this time was probably not even looked at. I had mentioned it last year also. It is an intermitten I was disappointed that a problem that I mentioned this time was probably not even looked at. I had mentioned it last year also. It is an intermittent squeal that randomly occurs when braking or starting up again after breaking. A check of this problem was not mentioned on my invoice and when I checked with my service advisor upon picking up the car she said the problem had been fixed by putting some felt. Since this didn’t make sense, I asked her again and she was talking about another car that had a seat problem. Once she realized her mistake, she gave me a “snow job” that the tech had probably checked, and found nothing. She then indicated that speaking was a chronic problem with some BMW’s. She was making this up as she went along and no one probably checked my car for this problem. Maybe it is gone as I had 4 tires replaced and an alignment done but I hate being lied to and “stuff” being made up. I was also promised a $50 discount as I brought a coupon in and this was never applied to my invoice. She was probably overloaded with work but for over $2500 of invoicing, I expected something better on my needs versus her being primarily focused on selling me items like tires, alignment, etc. I am not implying I didn’t need these but I think my problem was ignored and never explored by the tech or it would have been on the invoice. Sad. More
