I had to wait half an hour for the service advisor to talk to me, but after that the process was efficient and prompt. The dealer sent me to a Hertz outpost for a loaner, and all it had available was a m talk to me, but after that the process was efficient and prompt. The dealer sent me to a Hertz outpost for a loaner, and all it had available was a mini van or a pickup. Not much of a choice! However, the repair was done quickly and well.
