Although I wasn't charged for service, my $1200 part was "lost" and I was lied to about it. I was given an appointment time, I wasn't contacted that my car wouldn't be worked on at the appointment time. Whe "lost" and I was lied to about it. I was given an appointment time, I wasn't contacted that my car wouldn't be worked on at the appointment time. When I called to see if my car was done, my call was not returned. When I called back, a manager told me the part wasn't in stock and that was why my car wasn't worked on. I told her that was 100% not true, that I worked with the parts department myself, paid for the part, and was told it was in stock. She then said I didn't let her finish and continued to make up a story about why my car wasn't worked on. I was then called back and told my car would be worked on the following morning for the 1 hour job. At 4:00 pm the next day, I had to call and ask if my car was done and was told they were just finishing it. When I picked up my car, nobody went over what was repaired or reviewed paperwork with me. Let me reiterate, I was not charged for service and I am still leaving a poor review.. I have never been treated like this at any other BMW dealership. I also own a Mercedes and never have I been treated like this at any of their dealerships. More
