I can say without reservation that the professionalism shown by Ms. Simonelli from start to finish was indeed without any unpleasantness. Specifically, she did NOT try to "hard sell" me on anything that I didn't want or need as I tried to be specific as to exactly what I wanted in a new BMW. I had only one request of the Service Department thusfar and they had my problem solved, repaired, and I was on my way in less than 15 minutes!
