My father had a positive experience purchasing a 330ci from BMW of Sarasota in 2002. Therefore before purchasing my M3 I decided to take the car to them for a pre purchase inspection (PPI). I scheduled the PPI a week in advance, when the car was delivered they had no record of my appointment. I was charged $350 and told the car only needed maintenance in addition to repairs that I specifically pointed out to them. I like to DIY, so I decided to purchase the car, knowing that I can perform all the basic maintenance. Since taking possession of the vehicle I've discovered that the car has significant rust that is easily identifiable when the car is elevated. The previous owner told me that he installed HID fog light bulbs, resulting in dash warning lights. Turns out both bi-xenon lights are bad and the fogs are not the issue. When I elevated the car I found a cheap aftermarket ballast zip tied to the frame. I'm convinced they didn't even look at this car. I requested my PPI report on multiple occasions, I received nothing. I successfully disputed the credit card charge, but I lost $1000s repairing this car. John Tremble told that he personally inspected the under carriage while the car was on the lift ... I now know this was a completely dishonest statement. Do not have your car serviced here, especially if you didn't purchase a vehicle from them. More

She handled the whole process with complete professionalism and was genuinely concerned that I understood every step of the process and most importantly that I was happy with everything that transpired, which I was. I wouldn't buy a BMW from anyone other then NayColle who is as professional and knowledgable about BMWs as she is good looking, which is always nice to deal with people as concerned about how they present themselves when one contemplates the purchase of such a beautifully designed automobile. Handsome is as handsome does. She introduced me to my own private Service Advisor, Melony F who knows the X3 inside and out which is most reassuring given the relative complexity of this vehicle, plus how often does one get a service advisor as good looking as Melony who also happens to be a total car nut, which is the best of all possible scenarios. That said, I actually don't expect to see much of her, because the BMW's I've owned in the past have been completely reliable, but it's a nice change to have someone as easy on the eyes as Melony to help you, rather then the usual, burly male service advisor one normally associates with auto service. Don't let her looks fool you though, she knows BMWs as well as any guy, maybe more so. Bruno, Emillio and Tammy on the business side of things handled all of the paperwork, tags and titling with total efficiency, I would highly recommend BMW of Sarasota, and this team of competent professionals in Sales, Service and Business Affairs in particular. A car as well engineered and pleasing to the eye as the BMW demands and equally aesthetic buying experience, BMW of Sarasota delivers that and then some. More

Richard Liammari was our salesman and we were looking for a certain type of car which he found for us. There were a few things wrong with the car and he made sure that they were fixed or replaced. My wife has been wanting to buy a new BMW so when we received a flyer from BMW of Sarasota for a free $50 gift card to test drive a new car we were happy to go. Typical car dealership "we lost your paperwork" or "it was not entered in the computer" was what we received. On Sunday September 2nd we visited BMW of Sarasota and test drove new BMW with Ari Caster. We were receive a $50 gift card for our efforts per their offer. This process took well over an hour. After two weeks we ask, "Where is our gift card?" James Young says, "Ohhhhhhhh, Ari did not enter your name in the computer, come back and test drive again." After this kind of treatment why in the world would we ever even consider buying a car for a dealership so quick to cheat you out of $50? More
All of the people I have dealt with at BMW have been exceptonal! Ed was very customer service oriented and detailed in talking me through all of the options of my new car, in addition to connecting my exceptonal! I have been leasing BMW's since 1998 and this new lease was by far the best transaction. The delivery of tte 2012 Z4 was a wonderful experience having all options on the car explained in detail so I was ready to drive and enjoy all of the amenitties. We visited BMW of Sarasota and first met John Webb in March 2012 when we were replacing the older of our two Lexus cars with a newer used car. This year we decided to look at other brands, although we didn't expect to find any that could compete with Lexus high standards of customer service, comfortable ride and luxury amenities. We looked at and drove Buicks, Cadillacs, Audis, Mazdas, and Lincolns and did not find a car we liked. On the way to the Lexus dealership, we decided to have one last look at a different brand and stopped at BMW. John Webb warmly greeted us and when we told him we knew nothing about BMWs, he gave us a very clear and concise overview of BMW cars, kindly answered our many questions, honestly provided pros and cons of each car available, and allowed us to drive all of the cars we were interested in. John was honest and straight-forward and at no time did he disparage Lexus when we asked for comparisons. We did not feel pressured in any way to buy a BMW or to buy it immediately. But, with John's help on our first visit we found and bought an affordable 2009 328i that met all of our criteria for trying out a different brand than Lexus. John Webb efficiently handled the paperwork for the purchase at the dealership and provided excellent follow-up. We highly recommend visiting BMW of Sarasota and using John Webb as your sales representative. We enjoyed the comfortable environment and excellent service at the dealership and John Webb's professional and special handling for us. And we are having great fun driving a BMW with its unique steering, handling and performance! More
Our impression of the sales process and financial presentation of the lease details was poor. We mostly dealt with Mr. Bruno Demir, sales manager. Although the dealership set up two test drives for us, the less than clear playing with financial numbers drove us to leave the dealership. There was a significant conflict between this dealership and another to acquire the car with the colors and options we thought we wanted. BMW corporate in NJ did not care at all and told me that they don't get involved between dealer disputes. So much for the BMW experience. Not only did we leave this dealer, we left BMW forever. We are happy to have purchased the competing luxury brand Lexus over the BMW. John Sarasota, FL More
