I started out with the New car division with Jack. He took the time to educate me and let me know about the different vehicles I might like based on my needs. He allowed me to test drive and answered all my questions and followed up with me. He was very professional. My husband and I decided to go with a newer pre-owned vehicle. We had found a BMW X5 at another dealer and went in spur of the moment one night just to compare a 7 Series with the other X5 and thought we would be out of there in 10 minutes. We ended up finding an even better pre-owned X5 and Rich helped us out. He was patient and professional. He understood our situation. He listened to our questions, got us in a 7 Series and showed us the pre-owned X5. We left and ate dinner and decided to go back and make an offer. At that point Mike got involved. He was helpful and did his best to come to a price but we could not quite come to a price we both liked so we went home and slept on it. The next day I went in and we came to a great price agreement and I traded in my other car. It was a win-win. We got a car we love that looks brand new and they sold a car. I felt we were educated, treated fairly and without any pressure from my initial contact with Jack to Rich and Mike. I would definitely recommend BMW of Sarasota! They have perfected the art of service and making a customer feel special. In fact...we needed a car for our kids and we went back and bought a great pre-owned Jeep for them the next day! More

I flew from Perry Hall, Maryland to do business with BMW of Sarasota. I stopped in the dealership on a Sunday afternoon and met Rich Liammari. He was very welling to answer all my questions, even after I of Sarasota. I stopped in the dealership on a Sunday afternoon and met Rich Liammari. He was very welling to answer all my questions, even after I informed him that I was going to Fort Lauderdale to see another vehicle. There was no pressure dealing with the staff at the dealership. I furnished the dealership with all my information before I left on the Sunday afternoon. The next time I spoke with Rich is when I contacted him. I flew back to Sarasota BMW to purchase the vehicle that I had inquired about. I was greeted by the sales manager Michael Hughes as soon as I arrived at the dealership. Both of these gentlemen treated me great the entire time I was at the dealership, that can also be said for the staff as well. I drove the vehicle from Sarasota, Florida to Baltimore, Maryland the next day. I will have you know that I received phone calls from both of them checking on my well being during my trip and to make sure the vehicle was performing to my expectations. I thanked them for checking in on me and I informed them that I was extremely satisfied with the vehicle that I purchased. I purchased a 2008 BMW 650i, great car! More
I went in to just look at the Lexus IS250 I saw on the internet, and possibly test drive it. This was the first time I had gone to a dealership to look at a car, so I didn't know what to expect but everyone was really friendly and not too pushy. We had just started to look for a car because our lease was due to expire in May, 2014. We hadn't anticipated finding a car, we were beginning our search. From the time we parked our car, we were greeted by a salesman who lead us to the Pre-owned Dept. Michael Hughes greeted us and introduced us to Jeffrey Mendez. They couldn't have been more accomodating. Jeffrey had a list of all available pre-owned vehicles and explained how this BMW obtains these cars. We were planning on checking with other dealerships but they convinced us that this particular BMW was an amazing opportunity. It was in excellent condition minus scratches and some small dents, low mileage and overall nice vehicle. WE had a very positive experience. We didn't feel like we needed to look anymore!!! More

I found the vehicle that we were looking for online and made contact with Michael Hughes, your Sales Manager. Michael worked with me for about a week or two negoitating the details of our deal via phone, text, and emails. During this time, Michael did everything he could to work with me and offer me the best deal possible. It was a pleasure working with Michael during this time. On March 8th, my wife and I drove the 1 1/2 hour drive to review and test drive the vehicle, and possible purchase. Upon arrival, we were greated by Ruslan Grinchenko. Ruslan quickly assisted us, so we were testing drive the vehicle in minutes, as well as quickly started the process to have our trade in evaluated. Once we returned from test driving the vehicle, we sat down with Michael and communicated the price we needed to be at. Michael worked with "Caz" to obtain the best financing options as well as reduced the price to get me where I needed to be. After that, we sat down with "Caz" to finalize the paperwork. Caz is was informative, and made the process extremely smooth and painless. Absolute pleasure. Unfortunately, we arrived at the dealership late on Saturday, which forced Michael, Caz, and Ruslan to stay after hours to assist my wife and I with our purchase. Even with that, we never felt rushed, which was extremely nice. As we were exiting the dealership, my wife realized we left our Sunpass. It was late and mostly everyone had left. Fortunately, "Caz" was still working, and quickly began to assist us. He drove to back parking lot to check if vehicle was open, and then contact Ruslan about this issue. Ruslan drove back to dealership to assit us in obtaining the Sunpass. We obtain the pass and went on are way. Working with Michael Hughes, Ruslan Grinchenko, and "Caz" was great. I went to this dealership just to look at a BMW 328d that I had seen on autotrader, however I live in St. Augustine and was in the area for work. The past couple of days I had visited many other dealerships I had seen on autotrader, however I live in St. Augustine and was in the area for work. The past couple of days I had visited many other dealerships ie; Tom Bush in Jax, Fields in Daytona and Orlando. Tom Bush was not a good experience however Fields was a good one overall. When I arrived at BMW of Sarasota, Eric welcomed me in a very friendly non threatening fashion!! I explained to him what I was looking for and what my intentions were. We were going to trade an SRX in for a 328d and had been looking for some time now. He showed me some options and I found one that fit what we were looking for. Without hesitation, he and his manager took the VIN of the car we wanted to trade and provide me a handsome value on the trade, worked with me on the price of the car we wanted and threw in some extras that they did not have to do. With all that being said I had my wife met me in Orlando and we headed down to Sarasota where they had us in and out in no time at all. Eric made sure I was getting what I was asking for and he came through with everything!! We ended up finishing the entire deal around 9pm and he was there every step of the way with the utmost customer service. I would recommend anyone who visits BMW of Sarasota to ask for Eric Bosak and his manager Michael Hughes if you want to have an awesome experience buying a car!!!! Top notch!! More

The expereince of buying the vechile was fun and pleasureable rather then my previous expereince where I felt as I was haggling to buy the car. Russ was great too...he was eager to please. Especially with allowing us to drive four cars before we made the final decision. I loved how he lived up to his promises and showed he appreciated the business. More
