You Did What You Could! Thank You for your Help! I live in Miami, I had my Mini serviced before a trip. I made it to a sarasota exit, when I realized my care was smoking very badly and having proble I live in Miami, I had my Mini serviced before a trip. I made it to a sarasota exit, when I realized my care was smoking very badly and having problems running ..... You all cleaned up around everything and ordered a new oil cap which Miami dealer forgot to put back on the car. However the other dealer in miami would not let you finish cleaning it up correctly to remove all the oil ..... The service I received from the people at BMW Sarasota was very friendly and very helpful in trying to help me and be the go between. We did make it back to miami, eventually and they took the engine apart and cleaned everything ... but sad to say, it is not the same. :( More
