Service center survey very Very disappointed with two visits for work on our certified purchase.. Both times service had no record of our appointment. Service tech said the person who was to work on our tire rims was not in when in fact he was there. It appeared that there was too much confusion about our service appointment and so much wasted time. A two to three hour Job turns into five hours of our waiting in confusion mode.
