I received a phone message from your BMW center that my new car needed its first oil change. When I called on Friday March 15 to schedule service, I was put on hold and after being on hold for awhile, I was transferred to a voicemail. I never received a call back so the following Tuesday March 26, I called again a got someone to schedule my service. Would not have made such a big thing of this except it has happened to me previously with no call back, so I thought I'd let you know. More
New lease purchase I turned in my x5 2016 lease for a 2019 x5 lease. Tatiana was my sales rep for both purchases. She went above and beyond to find the color and optio I turned in my x5 2016 lease for a 2019 x5 lease. Tatiana was my sales rep for both purchases. She went above and beyond to find the color and options I was looking for and finalize an agreed upon price. Tatiana is patient and professional as I changed my mind multiple times. I enjoyed working with her throughout this purchase. I worked with Tammy both times as well. Tammi is also professional. She did not make the signing process long and drawn out. Thank you to both! First service experience I had just purchased a used 2015 BMW from a Honda dealership who provided a brand new battery for the vehicle. I discovered it needed programming by t I had just purchased a used 2015 BMW from a Honda dealership who provided a brand new battery for the vehicle. I discovered it needed programming by the BMW dealership. I called the next day, and a friendly receptionist got me in for an appointment within two hours. Service crew was welcoming, professional and respectful. Battery was programmed with a courtesy vehicle inspection, topping off of all fluids, and a quick car wash. The wait time was a hour that I comfortably spent having some complimentary, quality refreshments. Waiting area was spacious and restrooms clean. Was escorted to checkout and given receipt with service advisor ensuring everything was completed to my satisfaction. Pricing on programming for an already purchased and installed battery was higher than expected, total including tax was $118. Overall a very pleasant experience. More

No Oversight of Maintenance Personnel I waited over 3.5 hours for my routine maintenance and oil change. Once it was completed I had to wait other 20 minutes for a lackluster wash that wa I waited over 3.5 hours for my routine maintenance and oil change. Once it was completed I had to wait other 20 minutes for a lackluster wash that wasn't even worth it. Too top it off on the way home my sensor went off. Maintenance forgot to fill my coolant and I had to bring it back wasted most of my Saturday morning. And all I got was sorry this happen. More
