Exceptional care even for old cars! Fernando is awesome! I received a letter that my ‘02 5-series may need a recall service, and also had them do an oil change. Fernando was able to apply a discount to the oil change for a promotion that was actually starting the next week! My car ended up not needing the recall done but they looked over everything and treated me like a valued customer as if I had bought a new car from them. The mechanics even tightened up some stuff from a part I repaired myself recently, free of charge. The whole process took a couple hours and I thoroughly enjoyed my wait there with the swanky setting and complimentary selection of snacks and drinks! Thanks Fernando and the rest of the crew that helped do everything at BMW of Sarasota, I really felt like a valued customer. More

I’m finally into the vehicle I really wanted & needed since I’m 6’4” 1/2 and my son is equally as tall. The team I work with in Sarasota FL is pretty awesome and definitely take great care of me. I’m in a 2018 X5 sDrive35i and couldn’t be happier. I’ll cherish this vehicle as I did my 2016 528i. High kudos marks go to NayColle Wright & Jonathan Parker!!! Now, I work at the port where dust, chemicals, fumes, dirt flies all over and I’m looking for some advice. I saw on the internet that new BMW owners get a BMW car cover to protect their prize. I forgot about asking my sales team but thought I’d ask corporate. That would be a admirable gift for owners of such fine machines. I know its in BMW’s and customers best interest to protect the car from the elements. What do you think? Thanks again for anything you can do for my new family member. :) Robert Howard More

Pleasant car buying experience I was dreading buying a new car and having to hassle with the cost comparisons, haggling, feeling confused over costs for add ons, etc., but I experie I was dreading buying a new car and having to hassle with the cost comparisons, haggling, feeling confused over costs for add ons, etc., but I experienced none of that at BMW of Sarasota! My salesman, Jack, was very nice and straightforward. I got printouts of costs and options that were easy to understand and compare. I contacted him by email to ask questions and got quick replies. I ended up ordering a new car from the factory with the options and colors I wanted for a fair price. Since it’s made not far away, it only took 3 weeks to delivery! The tech guy, Chad, went over everything in the car with me before I drove it away, taking time to answer all my questions. The dealership overall is very nice, and everyone there I interacted with was helpful and pleasant. More
