Excellent Service I left a message with Maria to schedule an appointment since Carlos, my long service rep, had left and was surpraised almost immediately got contacted I left a message with Maria to schedule an appointment since Carlos, my long service rep, had left and was surpraised almost immediately got contacted back by him. I got my appointment in the next 48 hours and as usual Carlos was friendly and efficient. I got my car back in 3 hours with a car wash included! More

The gentleman who greeted me when I arrived was quite friendly and upbeat (forgot his name but he is originally from RI. On this last visit Jonathon Escobar showed me several vehicles for purchase and did an excellent job. These are two fine employees that represent your company well. Don't Commit to What You Cannot Deliver I made a service appointment for my new BMW X-6M for its 1200 mile Break In inspection that is required for warranty coverage and some minor manufactu I made a service appointment for my new BMW X-6M for its 1200 mile Break In inspection that is required for warranty coverage and some minor manufacturing defects for 9:30 am and I was told I would be out in easily in 1-1.5 hours. I left 3 hours open on my calendar to account for getting there and back (20 min each way). The appointment took 3 hours! I stopped the service attendant to inquire and it was always - "They are working on it, almost done, just buttoning it up". Then at the end when I gave my concern over the time I was told they got busy. This is my only experience with BMW of Sarasota. The time was the main issue but then when I lifted the hood 2 days later, I found the manufacturing defects (Missing Clips) was not fixed. The paperwork they gave me said, "Replaced Clips". Why do I have to second guess the service folks. What if it was to replace transmission? Would that get pencil whipped too? Now I have to come back to get the undone work completed. I gave 3 stars because I think that is shameful enough. The service area was great, I was greeted and given clear guidance on how the morning would go. The lobby is clean, food and drinks available and a nice service team. My experience with the need to be there was what went bad. When I buy a BMW, I expect to give a 5 star review every time. More
