First BMW -- Great Experience throughtout the whole process. I just picked up a 2018 BMW M2 in Long Beach blue. Originally, I was undecided between the m240i and M2. I was on truecar website and requested I just picked up a 2018 BMW M2 in Long Beach blue. Originally, I was undecided between the m240i and M2. I was on truecar website and requested more information. I then received a call from Matt Schultz. Matt spoke to me for about 15 min giving me a run down of the M240i and the M2. That weekend, I went to see Matt and look at both cars. I was still undecided. Matt was very patient with me and answered of all my questions. I told him I would get back to him. Two weeks later, I went in to see Matt again and I placed my order for a Long beach blue M2. I had not seen the color in person so i was a little nervous. Knowing this Matt took pics and sent them to me of a long beach blue M2 that was at a BMW event. I had to wait a while for the car but during this time Matt always answered any of my questions and always kept me up to date on the status of the car. When the car finally arrived Matt immediately sent me pics. Throughout the whole process Matt went above and beyond. He provided excellent customer service. The sales director Emilio Torres provided excellent customer service and helped make the sale of the car go super smooth. When I went to pick up the car Emilio made sure to come over and say hello. When I picked up the car financial part was quick and easy. Humbert Cazaubon was great and provided excellent customer service. Before taking the car home, Jennifer Almeyda Soto showed my wife and I how to setup the technical side of the car. She helped us pair our phones and setup our car individual car settings. Jennifer is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Thank you BMW of Sarasota!! More

Poor service and communication When picking up my car after extensive air conditioner repair and installation of new battery, my trunk would not open without a manual key, the senso When picking up my car after extensive air conditioner repair and installation of new battery, my trunk would not open without a manual key, the sensor for the hard top roof closing did not work, making the alarm ding all the time the car is moving, the sensor for the key in the ignition did not work, making that alarm sound whenever the car was stoppped, the convertible top would not operate. All of these things were known by my service tech, Lincoln Robinson, and were not told to me until after I drove away, encountered all of these issues and returned to the dealership. Great Service from Carlos Munoz Carlos is a high-energy guy who really knows his stuff. An extremely knowledgeable service advisor with hands-on experience in the industry. He did a great job today getting me set up with new tires for my 2014 BMW 320i and also running some other service checks while it was in. He and Greg jumped through hoops to get the job done to my satisfaction and in a timely fashion. They delivered on their promises. I have all my service work done by the dealer and buy all my tires and accessories there, as I value consistency of care. I therefore expect the best and am not the easiest customer to please, but this dealership has done very well by me for the six years I have lived in Florida. They do not let any obstacles stand in the way of providing good, friendly service. I bought this BMW brand new in the winter of 2013 from Emilio Torres, who is a super guy, and recently purchased an extended warranty through Jesus Castillo in the finance department. Everyone I’ve met here is friendly and they are all good listeners who always make you feel welcome. Today was my first time working with Carlos, and I want to thank him for a job well done. More
Too much time I had called ahead of time to let the dealership know that I needed to replace a particular factory installed tire. I was told that they checked their inventory and had several of those tires available. When I arrived for my appointment, I was informed that none of those tires were there. Several hours and a loaner car later, I was able to leave with a tire. I lost half a day driving back and forth to the dealership. For that matter, even a simple oil change can take a good two hours. Why ? That said, the actual service technician was a pleasure to deal with. More
