Every time I go to this dealership I am treated like I am their most important customer. Buying a car is not something I look forward to going out and doing but BMW of Sarasota makes the experience as pleasa their most important customer. I had a great experience purchasing a used BMW 3x from BMW of Sarasota. When I walked onto the lot, Greg walked right up with one or two minutes to assist me. I told him I had seen a car online that I was BMW of Sarasota. When I walked onto the lot, Greg walked right up with one or two minutes to assist me. I told him I had seen a car online that I was interested in. He walked me right over to it, I test drove it and bought it. Louis Small was standing on the sidewalk when I pulled in on the following workday with a small engine problem. He was very friendly and reassuring. He said he would take it right over to the service department within one minute of me explaining that something was wrong. The engine just needed a coil replaced. It was repaired by 4:00 that same day. They gave me a loaner car for that day. Now my BMW is running great and I am very pleased with my purchase and my experience at BMW of Sarasota. More
