New car purchase My salesman. Eric, showed us several options to determine the right vehicle for us and gave us good information regarding BMW as we had never owned or My salesman. Eric, showed us several options to determine the right vehicle for us and gave us good information regarding BMW as we had never owned or considered a BMW before we purchased. After a test drive, he worked with us to help us select the options package we needed, and didn't try to talk us into something more than we wanted. The dealership did not have the exact color vehicle we wanted, however, they offered us a really great deal for us to consider a color that would have been our second choice. The sales manager worked quickly to get the price negotiated within a few dollars of what our target monthly payment amount. We went to financing where all additional warranty and maintenance plans were quickly and clearly explained and we purchased only what we wanted. The start to finish was probably the best experience we've ever had purchasing a car. More

Nail in tire so took in for replacement Our X5M was taken in for a tire replacement because of a nail in the tire It was taken in on Friday and scheduled to be picked up Saturday morning. When we arrived we had to wait 1-1 1/2 hours for the car and then when we checked the tire on Sunday we still had the ORIGINAL TIRE WITH A NAIL IN IT. How pathetic is that?????? More
