Bad service I am part of the Takata air bag recall. Before I made the appointment with Takata and BMW. I was told it was going to be 2 hours at most and ask fo I am part of the Takata air bag recall. Before I made the appointment with Takata and BMW. I was told it was going to be 2 hours at most and ask for a loaner if needed. I was told this in writing. When BMW called to confirm they said it was all day. I asked for a car and they didn’t want to do it. I pressed and the caller checked with service and comes back with GOOD NEWS... only three hours. I get there st 9 and the service advisor was horrible! Made me stand there while he chit chatted, then finally acknowledged I am standing there and when he was done with the intake didn’t tell me we were finished. I was just standing and asked him “are we done? His response was oh yeah... no offer of where I could wait ... not even a “bye Felicia.” During my check ins it was not ready. When the car was not ready at five hours they told me that the call had just come in that it was done and at six hours they finally brought it out. I complained to the guy that brought out my car because the advisor was so bad and this guy said the service manager would know about this because I was almost crying. I had to cancel my work and was very upset that the service advisor could care less. He had the nerve to send an email telling me I may get a survey from the factory about their service and to tell him before I tell the factory about anything he did that was “less than excellent customer service. Also when I looked at what they did it was only half of the 3 hour job because some work not needed after all. I should have been out in less than 2 hours. They are really bad. I am in customer service. I would have called the client to apologize that day. . I will never go back there. and I hope I receive a survey from the factory so I can let them know how bad they are. More

DON'T GO HERE, BAD EXPERIENCE!!!! I understand that we all have to make commission BUT THESE SOME EMPLOYEES HERE DO NOT KNOW BASIC MATH!!!!!!! Even the MANAGER!!!! It's PATHETIC!!! went there with another character, meaning, played dumb with them and see how the numbers accrue. Simple questions like, how did this dealer sales price become this X amount of money? what did they say? "Oh, that's the sales tax" xxxx NO IT IS NOT! how could you add $3000 on top of the dealer sales price? right.... Commission... PYRAMID SCHEME!!!! Then they added USELESS ADD ONs like, PAINT PROTECTION, GAP INSURANCE Which you don't have to get from them. Ask your insurance if they cover GAP and you'll save A TON OF MONEY!!! THOSE ADD ONs ARE OPTIONAL! YOU DON'T NEED IT. No wonder the turnover rate is big on this one! GO TO ANOTHER DEALERSHIP!!! AN HONEST DEALERSHIP! THIS DEALERSHIP WILL MILK YOU OUT OF YOUR MONEY!!! They tried to get my trade-in almost for free + whatever thousand dollars in their pocket just to get the car that I want. Apparently the bank that I was approved for "NEEDS" my trade-in to get funded for the car that we want. I am aware that the "FUNDING BANK" needs some commission too but luckily for me, things happen for a reason! if I could go back in time and fix my mistake I would in a heart beat! this place is not worth your business! this is my second time going to a car dealership and never again will go to another one! GO IN A DEALERSHIP WITH YOUR OWN BANK APPROVED AUTO LOAN, BUY YOUR CAR WITH CASH or ORDER THE CAR YOU WANT AND PAY WITH CASH! Which I will be doing in a couple of months! Horrible service Where do I start with this place. Stupidly I bought a second car off this place. When buying my used X5 I wanted them to take a roof rack off another Where do I start with this place. Stupidly I bought a second car off this place. When buying my used X5 I wanted them to take a roof rack off another one and that was in the deal and they said they would get me one. After two weeks I call back and get the run around only to get an email a couple hours later with an file on it. I open it up to an invoice of over $300. I call and they tell me they never said they would give me a roof rack. Of course my sales guy no longer worked there because they have such a high turn over rate. Then I google the roof rack and they were trying to sell it to me for more then the MSRP. I then stupidly buy the "preferred customer" service plan. Life time car wash and loaners. The first time I take my car in for a $3 car wash I'm waiting for 30 minutes so I tell them to just go get the car and I will be gone. They say it's in the bay. After 1 hr 15 minutes it comes out to a classic $3 car wash I could have done in three minutes. Then the first time I go to get my oil change I am suppose to get a loaner car with the preferred customer plan. They didn't have one ready for ten days. The operator told me the reps are selling them all. So I have to sacrifice and they can't back up the plan they sold me. So much for the $800 preferred customer plan. Then the fuel pump goes after 60k miles and when I ask for the loaner it took them two days to get me one. So much for the preferred customer. It was under warranty and took them three weeks to fix. I then get hit by another car and have it hauled to them. They price it out with the insurance company and bill it out for just over 11 hours. They call me on a monday and say it will be ready on Friday. It is now 15 days after when they told me it would be done and I still DO NOT have it. When I call they don't care and blow me off. So, an 11 hour fix has now been 24 days and I still do NOT have my x5 back. Please listen to me and go buy from a different dealership. They are horrible, will wine and dine you to sign and then you are completely forgotten. If my company ran like this I would have filed bankruptcy years ago. I am a few months away from getting a new car and it will NOT be form this horrible dealership. Please run from this place and go to a dealership that has service. More
